H&F Vending Ltd are a young and enthusiastic vending supplies and operating company, formed in 1999 by two directors with jointly over 45 years sales and operations knowledge of the vending industry.

With so much experience, we are in the firm belief that a locally based vending operator will provide a service and support far exceeding that of large national suppliers who cannot compete with the levels of after sales care afforded to each and every one of our local customers.

We are supported by a vastly experienced service manager and this combination creates the required balance to ensure a professional and reliable service to all of our valued clients.

Technical Department

Our technical department ensures an efficient after sales service is maintained to all customers with a computerised logging system ensuring accurate site and machine records and mobile communications with technical staff providing a rapid response to any service related fault.

Operating Service

A fully managed OPERATING service is available to companies based within Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire Cambridgeshire and Milton Keynes with our highly trained staff providing a comprehensive management service for all filling, cleaning and cash collection.

This service can be anything from a twice weekly visit for the smaller user right through to a static management service with our employed member of staff solely responsible for a major on-site vending operation.

Vending Services

We cater for the smaller user or any DIY vending operation with a variety of drink snack and food systems together with chilled drinking water coolers.

To back this service up, we provide full on-site training for your staff to make them competent with servicing your own machines.

Also included is full ongoing support and a free delivery service for vending ingredients and supplies with a wide choice of high quality competitively priced products.
